Description
Secret Rule’s Machination is a strong second effort, with entertaining melodic hard rock infused heavy metal with a few more twists besides. It was released by Scarlet Records on June 24, 2016.
This album is easily digestible in terms of the amount of everything they used. Nothing overbearing, nothing overly used, everything fit together very well to bring this album that has a unique atmosphere as well as great instrumentals.
Machination includes featuring with great musicians like Sander Zoer (ex Delain, Leah) on drums, Henrik Klingenberg (Sonata Arctica) on keyboards and other special guests such as Stefan Helleblad (Within Temptation), Timo Somers (Delain), Fabio D’Amore (Serenity) and Janneke De Rooy (Paper Doll Decay, Altar).
